Mental Health in schools

Schools and multi-academy Trusts

As the Founding Principal of an Academy Trust school (praised by Ofsted in 2018 as ‘Outstanding’ for pupil’s personal development, behaviour and welfare'), I know that you will want to be confident you have created a school culture that promotes positive mental health, wellbeing, and resilience proven to improve both students and staff performance.
It is vital to support all schools in the creation of sustainable and manageable responses to the emotional wellbeing and mental health needs of both students and staff. Impact Leadership offers bespoke mental health and wellbeing training and support for schools at three levels:

  • whole-organisation training
  • specific training for middle leaders
  • essential Mental Health First Aid training to support the mental health and wellbeing of young people
